SILKS
To be washed in cold water with a touch of Woolite and hung in the shade to dry. DO NOT SOAK items. HAND WASH COLOURS SEPARATELY.Darker colours will run but will not fade if not soaked. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.
FOR CRUSHING
If silks are dry, spray them with water until slightly damp, twist into a ‘snake’, tie ends together with an elastic band and leave to dry.We recommend that silks with embroidery be dry cleaned, especially dark colours.
VELVETS
Plain velvet items can be washed in Woolite and cold water. However, we recommend that embroidered velvet items be dry cleaned.
